My Team Holiday and Absence Entitlement

You can view the holiday entitlement and remaining leave of one of your reports by clicking on their name
in your Team Leave Calendar. 

You can also view their absence calendar by following these instructions:

Click on My People and then My Team Holiday Entitlement on the left hand side:

Now choose the staff member and click next:

You will then be shown their leave calendar, all annual leave will be displayed as 'h', any bank holidays and minimum service days will be in grey and will also show as 'h' to indicate if they have been booked.  All other leave should also show on this calendar including sickness absence which will show as 'S'.

If you scroll to the bottom of this page you can also see their remaining entitlement.
