IT Service Desk - No phone service - Friday 8 December

Due to staff sickness and staff training it is not possible to offer a phone service today.
We will continue to offer a counter service in Shawcross from 9am - 1pm or 2pm - 5pm and incidents and service requests can be raised through the self service portal on the IT Services webpage
We hope to be able to offer a full service from Monday 11 December
to receive email alerts of updates.
