Service Desk priorities for week commencing 4 September 2023

The IT Service Desk will be prioritising Online Registration issues this week in order to get as many of our new students registered as quickly as possible.
If you need to raise an issue with us for anything other than:
- Online registration
- password reset
- staff collection of login credentional
please raise it via our self service portal sussex.saasiteu.com or email us at itservicedesk@sussex.ac.uk
People who call with desktop related issues will be asked to raise an incident via the portal
to receive email alerts of updates.
