2137I want to tick the 'Proceed to HR' flag to get my Associate Tutor set up with a contract, but the system won't let me.
When you go into the Associate Staff [SSTA0009] screen for the Pool, the 'Proceed to HR' flag will now be disabled. If you add new staff members from the 'Add Staff' button and wish to set the 'Proceed to HR' flag so they can be picked up by Human Resources and issued with a contract, you need to click the 'School' radio button. This will show all staff who need the 'Proceed to HR' flag setting. Set this as required and click 'Save'.
